• Lying under oath both to Congress and to federal investigators - as Independent Counsel Robert Ray concluded that Mrs. Clinton had done in the Travel Office probe. Legal resolution: No indictment

• Hiding evidence from Starr's Whitewater investigation - as the Senate Banking Committee concluded Mrs. Clinton did in the case of her missing Rose Law firm billing records. Legal resolution: No criminal referral, no indictments.

Excellent list and thanks for making it.

We may need to refer to it early and often.

Someday republicans might learn to fight back. This is my biggest complaint with the republican party. They are too damn nice. They sit there and take it while they get slapped around by the schoolyard bully democrats.

Yes, the staggering number of illegal actions taken by the Clinton administration which have never been prosecuted is a regular source of frustration to me. That our current president and his family are all cosy with that perverted criminal is astonishing and sad.

Many of Clinton's crimes are well known, yet even now they go unpunished. Fitz snarls and foams at the mouth like a rabid dog over damning allegations of legal behavior, but he and all other federal prosecutors ignore the criminal elephant in the room named Bubba. Pathetic.

It should be noted that in the above cases where lying was involved, there had been criminal or civil liability at risk. In the case of Plamegate, there was probably NEVER a crime committed by those in the White House.

What a crock. Republicans get indicted for things that the clinton administraton got a pass one, and there's not even any evidence to substantiate the Republican indictments, but there was lots of evidence to support the clinton admin indictments, and they never came. Typical liberal pass. I guess even a supposed fair minded guy like Fitzgerald feels the need to justify the time and money he's spent. If he indicts Rove and Libby and not miller, wilson, or plame that is proof of a liberal slanted investigation and jury, because the three of them are more obviously involved in wrongdoing than Rove or Libby have ever been. This is a crock!

Like someone else has said, everything the Democrats have been accusing the Republicans about, they have already done or are doing to this day, everything!

Isn't this a indictment of the ineptness Ken Starr more than anything else?

I just learned that Fitzgerald is a Regis High School graduate, like me! I'm sure he is a fair man.

• Nuclear missile guidance technology allegedly traded by the Clinton adminsitration to China in exchange for campaign contributions. Legal resolution: No indictments.

• The Illegal gathering of confidential FBI files on political opponents - as the Clinton White House did in the Filegate case. Legal resolution: No indictments.

Why the hell not?
