Why aren't unions broken up under RICO or anti-monoploy statutes?
To me, the very idea of unions is as Anti-American as they come. Especially teachers and nurses unions.

Unions must exist in todays risk averse america in order to protect incompetent and lazy "workers" from the consequences of their own stupid decisions.
The greatest motivator of those who are of age, but have yet to reach the maturity of an adult, is to never have to admit that you may be at fault for the mess you have made of your life. Unions fill this need.

Silly goof, they're not thuggish anti-abortion protestors who violently hold their rosary beads and hand out fliers outside abortion clinics.

It is interesting that when the teachers' union agitates, it is about the teachers rather than the students. As Laura observed yesterday.

Because California law loves unions.
