The CIA is full of liberal pompous blowhards like Joe Wilson - naturally he was a good 'fit' for Valerie Pflame and then for his pseudo-mission to Niger. Interesting how CIA officials think that THEY should make policy if they disagree with the elected President and Vice-President of the United States. It really sounds like an outrageous subversion of proper authority and chain-of-command in the government, but liberals love that so long as it's only aimed at conservatives. Imagine the FIRESTORM of MSM outrage if CIA officials gave similar briefings against Clintonista or Carter policies..... I don't think any ever did, or at least I never heard about it, and the MSM would have been in a frenzy about 'insubordination' and 'subversion' against their liberal ideals if conservative intel or military officials ever dared to do such things under Clinton or Carter.

Sadly, this whole thing is going to be heard in a federal court. If the judge decides a witness or testimony is irrelevant, there's no way to get facts in and the defendant or (deputy A.G.) is screwed. The appellate courts give the judge a lot of leeway as to how things are done, so if Libby gets an unfriendly judge, he'll be envious of Pants Bergler. I'm apprehensive about him having a DC jury.
But God's in charge.
