Let's not exaggerate... it's the right direction but 6/10ths of a percent in 6 years is not the tide coming in.

Do these numbers also include the number of humans, of any color, who won't work no matter whether a (D) or a (R) is president?

This is an 11% improvement in the gap between White and Black workers. If the same rate continues in the future, Blacks will catch up with whites in about 20 years.

But wait. The RATE of closing the gap also improved. If that RATE continues to improve, then Blacks will catch up to whites in about 15 years, which is something the Neal Deal and War on Poverty were unable to do in 50 or 70 years.

It's all in how you play with the statistics.
