This guy's too old. Sheesh: Miers was 60, and everyone knows that women live 7-8 years longer, so physiologically, this guy's even older than Miers.
Why didn't the president choose someone more on the order of fifty.

It may be that his parents both lived to 110. Good genes are more important in this area than age.

Why didn't the president choose someone more on the order of fifty. We already knew the list was extremely short...plus, this guy was born in 1950 i think...he isnt old by my definition and in 28.
