Dear Senator DeWine:
It pleases me to learn of your firm commitment for Justice Samuel Alito's confirmation hearing. Because President Bush kept the promise Ohio people demanded when I canvassed Cuyahoga County in support of the Republican ticket last fall. And based upon your Hugh Hewitt show appearance tonight, it appears you will too.
I pray that you will not dissuaded by the lunatic left-wing attempts to disrupt the Senate Judicial confirmation voting process. Because Justice Alito has the sort of judicial record which I'm ready to fight for. Needless to say, any filibuster attempt is unacceptable, and must cease and desist.
And allow me to personally thank you for your service to the people of Ohio.
