Mary is just having a bout with "sundowning". It is one of the odd phenonmena of dementia where the inflicted suddenly starts to scream and contort violently toward the evening of the day. It is thought to be triggered by the change of sunlight, hence the term, "sundowning.",
The sun is coming down on the entire ward of liberals. ..better have plenty of meds ready.
