I was looking at mddems.org monthly filings last evening. They were pdf files for late 2004 and early 2005. Now I can locate the web site.

Can anyone help?

Seems like their entire blog has been taken down. Google cache's hold em though. Check your temp file.

The FEC's website includes monthly filings for the Maryland Democratic Party. There's no record of any payments made to Ryan O'Doherty in 2005.
