His use of the word "sub-human" is unnessecary.
A homosexual is just as much a human as I even though I few them as wrong and misguided. He is not showing a very good Christ-like example.
Love the sinner, hate the sin... If he wanted to say "I wont promote this sub-human type of lifestyle" then I could understand his beef as its about the lifestyle, not any particular person or group. He didnt do that...he called them all sub-human because of their alternative morals (which I agree are disgusting at best).
The way he is using the word is similiar to how skinheads use the term towards jews and blacks. If you call a pedophile a sub-human, the general public takes it much better than if you call a person who has committed no crimes or are different than you sub-human.
Just my humble opinion of course.
I know you retracted this but for educational purposes: Christ called the scribes and pharisees vipers and snakes. Last I knew snakes were sub-human. Looks like Mr. Miner was following in some very sure footsteps
