That would be getting really expensive. Fighter jets have the advantage of air. In order to generate 50 G's in space, you need one heck of a large rocket or one heck of a small payload.

In which case, a combination of side thrusters diverting exhaust and large fins would do it.
Even in space, diverting the exhaust would help a lot.
