Watch the neighbors build Real Tall Playsets in their backyards.
My friend wanted to paint a rainbow on the garage wall that faced inward towards our backyard. We traced it all out...and painted it in. It came out great...and everyone seemed to like it. We never thought much about it....Ha!!
That was before the Gay groups hi-jacked that symbol...for themselves.
FWIW-
I told you he would fall for it.
...snip...
Sheriff Grady Judd, who has repeatedly attempted to stomp out adult businesses, said he didn't want to malign the inn before it opens. But he was also quick to say, "I can assure you of this, both the city Police Department and the Sheriff's Department will take a keen interest in them if they violate the law."
As a former resident of Lakeland, I will say that this business will not last 6 months. lakeland and Polk County have no adult businesses. THe Sheriff is very, very aggressive in pursuing obsenity charges, justified or not. For example, the tactic is to file 1 charge per 'item' (book, magazine, internet photo for Lakeland located websites, per dance, etc.) That results in hundreds of charges of obsenity with consecutive sentences sought. That could result in several hundreds of years for misdemeanors, unless the defendant pleas guilty and leaves the county. If the defendant fights the charges, the Sheriff uses RICO to seize the defendants home and sells it ASAP, so even if found not guilty, the defendant has lost his home. Operators of adult websites based in Lakeland had this happen. One couple had a web cam for people to watch their activities and they faced multiple obsenity charges. They thought since it was on the internet, it didn't matter where they were located because no one would know where their house was. The Sheriff found out and arrested them for violating community standards on obsenity. Even thoug it was a website, the standards in Lakeland applied. It is a strict zero tolerance policy in that county and this guy's business will be shut down quickly. Juries there come from the same cloth as the sheriff so this guy does not stand a chance.
Former Polk Countian myself, so I know of what you speak. The most interesting aspect of this story to me is that it is a Polk County school psychologist leading the charge.
Crowded elevators smell different to midgets.
How much do you want to bet, they start renting rooms by the hour
Homosexual Agenda Ping.
In a rush - didn't read whole article. Later.
But note this - he's been a school psychologist for 30 years. On a leave of absence. Why? I wonder what he has in his computer... Just wondering.
Reminds me of the article I pung out yesterday about the Human Services [sic] psychiatrist, who deals with disturbed children, who in his spare time dresses up in S&M gear for a "gay" porn website...
See anything wrong with these pictures?
Freepmail me and DirtyHarryY2K if you want on/off this pinglist.
Moons Over Miami?
If you don't have anything on the guy just make up some allegations, if that proves your point. Unbelievable, as usual.
I'd be curious to see what kind of charges could be brought against people going naked on private property, withg an 8 foot wall around the property. That would be a tough case to make.
If the defendant fights the charges, the Sheriff uses RICO to seize the defendants home and sells it ASAP, so even if found not guilty, the defendant has lost his home.
Okay, I have a problem with this. As should most people who support the concept of innocent until proven guilty.
....Will this be a nude inn? "No, absolutely not," he said. "I am not a nudist, I'm a naturist. Nudists want to be naked all the time. Naturists enjoy nudity in appropriate settings.......
"I only stick my penis out of my fly when I'm administering school psychology to young girls," he added!
Boys is my guess.
Law enforcement there takes the culture war very seriously.
Lakeland? Publix-ville? Who the hell would want to go there for nude sunbathing/Gay Orgies?
"What state is this?"
State of decadence.
From what is seems like here, Polk County seems to engage in some tactics that amount to harassment and/or abuse of the legal system. Using the full weight of government to squash small businesses and penalize them for actually exerting their rights in court just doesn't seem right.
Law enforcement there takes the culture war very seriously.
I'm not sure that is a proper role for law enforcement.
