I never use gloves in the kitchen ~ yes susie, don't rub your eyes and other tender parts when handling hot peppers. ;)
A little liquid detergent works pretty good in removing the hot stuff. ;)

Yeah, I learned that. I really thought I had washed my hands sufficiently, but I ended up sleeping with a bucket of icewater that night! A friend made jelly with me that day (the peppers were from her garden). Her husband suffered as well, but I won't go into detail.
