The nursing home is freaking out. Imagine that they are freaking out and they ship people to their local hospice every day, whether they are terminal or not! They should worry about allegations of medicaid-medicare fraud and abuse.

People with strokes need rehab, not a terminal label and shipment via the death care system straight into hospice's waiting clutches.
