I read the article, but I'm confused on a couple of points. Is the reason the nursing home has a problem with June Maxim because she is pro life and has been a strong supporter of these issues, or because her father's will states his sister is in charge? Legally, Ms. Maxim is next of kin. Does her aunt approve of starving and dehydrating her brother?

I'll see what I can do about phoning or writing this nursing home, but doesn't Ms. Maxim have legal recourse? Not only is this tragic, but it's also horribly ironic. The devil is always busy : (

This might help if you haven't seen it yet. This story was back in September 5.
