June Maxam of The North Country Gazette, nails it again, is up and rolling today with a look into what the Judge was doing on AOL.

I was outside his court room that day he made his slimy decision and they wouldn't let the few of us into the court room. We could sense it then the fix was in, and the cruelty maintained with the agonizing delay in announcing his decision, as Terri lay weakening. Gotta watch my tongue. (or keyboard)

Why's Schiavo Judge Reading AOL Message Boards?

Everyone needs to watch their fingers. Message boards are scrutinized by various LE agencies. We all get screaming mad about various topics, but it's wise to reread your post before you hit enter. (I wish there was a feature where you could edit or delete a reply that has already been posted)

The possible sentence she's facing is extreme, however she did threaten to kill a judge.

Whittemore owed his job to Felos' ex-wife. He should have recused himself but his so called random selection was anything but. (fv says: so many lies by the feds, so many coverups).

From NCG: Immediately following the hearing, George Felos appeared on Fox News, stating that he was "impressed" with Whittemore, saying that the judge would not succumb to public pressure and that he was confident the Constitution would be preserved. In other words, Felos was satisfied he had the judge in his pocket. And no wonder, considering Whittemore owed his position to Felos' ex-wife. (From Judge surfing aol message brds link).

WHY WAS ADULT ENTERTAINMENT KING OF TAMPA, JOE REDNER ALLOWED IN THE FIRST HRG HELD BY JUDGE WHITTEMORE BUT A WOMAN IN A WHEELCHAIR WAS NOT ACCOMMODATED AND COULD NOT ATTEND THE HEARING?????

The courtroom art and mention of Joe Redner was on the internet briefly and when it was found out that Joe Redner was there, the artwork was pulled and also mention that Joe Redner was at the first hearing. At the first hearing, Whittemore stalled and stalled for 12 hours just to say the tube wasn't going back in.

JOE REDNER AND JAMES WHITTEMORE, are they both atheists and members of the ACLU? (more reasons for Whittemore to recuse himself). The Atheists of Florida are fans of Whittemore as is the ACLU. Redner belongs to both organizations. I guess he went to the first hearing on behalf of the Christian haters and the aclu commies to watch the Schindlers get disrespected by Whittemore.

Freepers and lurkers, we are still here telling the truth about this matter.

TERRI WAS MURDERED.

DR. DAVE WELDON and FLORIDA MEMBER OF THE US HOUSE bashes Michael Schiavo's pac EXCERPT from lifenews.com

Congressman Dave Weldon, a Florida Republican, proposed legislation in the House that was eventually passed by a strong bipartisan vote to instruct the judges to reconsider Terri's parents' lawsuit to save her life. He told the newspaper Michael's group is a "political stunt" because it will primarily attack pro-life and Republican lawmakers like him.

Still, he's hoping some good comes from the group, if only to help Americans see the length some will go to end the lives of people who need basic medical care and treatment.

"It might be good to have some debate on this issue: the right to access to food and water versus the so-called right to die," Weldon said.

Michael inserted himself into the Virginia governor's race, even though he is a Florida resident. He sided against GOP candidate Jerry Kilgore because of his comments against "forced starvation" when Terri's name came up in a debate.

FV SAYS: Dave Weldon is a source of inspiration and hope for me. His staff is courteous too. They are always working on preventing judicial homicide. I hope the US Congress does something to fix broken and/or ignored laws before the 2006 primaries.

If the American people would realize that we are not talking about natural death. At this point, judges are mandating plain old murder disguised as a wish. I used to like "wishes" until the felon ran with it and turned it into an ugly word.
