Does Libby's attorney(s) know this information? Not everyone listens to talk shows.

Someone just pointed me to
this Zell Miller article on the Wilson/Plame affair. Miller really tells it like it is!

Victor Davis Hanson also reported a similar conversation from the "green room" of another TV show..... said he had no hope that he would get beyond a "he said, he said" dispute in the MSM if he made a big issue of it, but someone now needs to get comments from Vallely, Hanson, and Andrea Mitchell in front of the prosecutor (to indicate what Joe Wilson is all about, even if it doesn't bear closely on the specific indictments) and in front of all the MSM bozos who continually repeat the DNC talking points........

I don't know, but John Batchelor is on WABC, home of Mark Levin and Sean Hannity, and is heard in 38 states. I would hope someone tips off the defense attorney.

Valelley's son was killed last year in Iraq - he used to be on FNC all the time - I'm glad he's speaking up

A Freeper questioned whether Wilson's book wasn't already in the can before the Niger story, and whether the part about the Niger trip was merely tacked on. Vallely's opinion supports the idea that the book was already written in 2002. Of course, the Niger story would really spice up the book.Yep, that was Steve_Seattle who made those observations. Since I've never looked at Wilson's books, I found them very interesting. They're here and here.
Wonder how many copies Lyin' Joe's book would've sold if he hadn't stuck his little Niger caper in there?

Russert caught in a lie?! What would BIG RUSS have to say about that? lol. You're damn right that jerk is covering for Wilson as are most of the other media darlings who knew of Plame's identity. I think the demos/MSM will regret this entire matter ever got to this point. I would love to see the witness list that Libby's attorney is compiling. This is going to get good...

Yes, I believe you're right, his name was Scott. God bless him, a fine young man, and the Vallely family. (But somehow I don't think that was the link you meant to post?)

Valerie's status as a CIA was well known thtoughout the DC party circuit as Joe brought it up at every party he and V attended. He consistently bragged about.
To: Enchante
Victor Davis Hanson also reported a similar conversation from the "green room" of another TV show.....I heard VDH tell about that many many months ago on a CA radio station, perhaps KSFO. Wilson was mildly abusive to the make-up woman and bragged to VDH about his Rolex and his CIA wife.

"Wonder how many copies Lyin' Joe's book would've sold if he hadn't stuck his little Niger."
I want to emphasize that this is just a theory, but Vallely's semi-confirmation was interesting. I wonder what it was that made him think that Wilson was shopping a book in 2002.
To: TexanToTheCore
"Valerie's status . . . was well-known throughout the DC party circuit"
Keep in mind that even Fitz admitted that Plame's identity was "not widely known." "Not widely known" is not the same as "not known," so Fitz is admitting her cover WAS blown prior to Novak's story. And Fitz only interviewed a few dozen people, so he has no idea how widely known Plame's identity was.
