I propose that before being able to participate in such a poll, a person should have to be able to answer what Libby is charged with.

I seriously doubt that 52% of the public outside of the Beltway knows who Libby is.

A friend on another forum, was slapping some sense into some Libs who were hyperventilating over this story, a couple months ago:

"I've only had a few problems discussing this with people who are not political junkies:

1) Explaining who Karl Rove is.
2) Explaining who Joe Wilson is.
3) Explaining who Valerie Plaime is.
4) Explaining who Robert Novak is.
5) Explaining who Judith Miller is.
6) Explaining why, even assuming any of the allegations are true, anyone without a political agenda should give a rat's rump about it.

Other than that, this story has great legs. Especially if one compares it to the much less interesting Jeff Gannon "scandal"."

Now, you'd have to add 7) Explaining who Scooter Libby is.
