I heard Byrd the other day ramble on for what seemed about 30 mins about how he was adopted by father's sister or something similar during a flu epidemic. He went on and on and on. Why does he not get pulled him and told to be more relevant you would never be allowed to do this in our Parliament you would get shouted down by other Members apart from the Speaker intervening
