Load all Muslims into buses to take them to their new territories within France (which will be a military post abandoned for this purpose). The new territory should be surrounded by an electrified fence as well as 24/7 security lights. There should be a 1/2 kilometer buffer zone which is liberally mined. There the Muslims can prosper according to the will of Allah, who I'm sure will provide for them as our G_D provided for the Hebrews out of Egypt. I know, I'm vengeful.
