After this fiasco, I think it's highly likely that Sarkosy will be voted in and Chirac voted out. It's a step in the right direction.
When is the next election?
I predict something similar will happen in France as happened in Spain. A terrorist attack followed by demands that Sarkosy NOT be elected. The French citizens will obey.
