Yeah, but the ones that do usually aren't the ones you'd want to.... No kidding - we went to Mallorca last summer and it was only the hairy lesbos that went topless. Made scenic photo taking a bit tough.

Men have breasts and nipples. You might be surprised to learn that the mammary glands are also present. The only difference is in prominence, and even that isn't much of a difference, especially if you include older men, who often experience breast enlargement with age.
The male and female torso are virtually identical.

It is legal in Austin Texas for women to go topless. On any given summer day it is not uncommon to see women at our municipal swimming pools or out on Lake Travis Sans tops! They are more than welcome to protest here but I doubt if anyone would bother to notice.
