I am Catholic and I just voted FOR the ban on gay marriage in Texas, which won overwhelmingly.
One thing that is really disturbing to me is that in evey article about this they manage to mention a Catholic group promoting gay marriage.
I don't know where these groups are coming from but the Catholic Church I grew up in did not support this.
Catholic has just become another "group label," like "Jewish." Anyone can use it, whether orthodox or not. The MSM, at the same time, relishes taking the opportunity to cite these so-called "Catholic" groups. It's just their contribution to the whole undermining of the Catholic church.
