screen is very foggy right now...Laura Ingraham playing an MP3 of General MacArthur addressing West Point on Veterans Day....

"...to them, it is always, Duty, Honor, Country."

And then plays taps...she's killing me.

May God bless and keep all or veterans and all those who choose to defend us and the ideals that we hold so dear.They created this country....this "shining city on the hill" that I, as a child, aspired to and yearned for. They made it possible not only for all Americans to live in the greatest country on earth, but they made it "home" for all of us that fell in love with them and this country and came to stay.

While we love our country, they choose to devote their lives to it's defense, and some, to die in the name of it''s glory and ideals.

I am so unbelievably lucky to have been allowed to come "home" and I thank our veterans from the bottom of my heart.

Yes, unanswered charges become conventional wisdom in DC, and that has what has happened.
