A group of citizens lures child rapist to a deserted house, where the pervert is murdered. The crime is easy because the perv makes a point of not letting anyone know where he's going when he's planning on meeting a child.
At the end of the movie the feeling that the group is going to get caught is heightened by the police chief approaching the house used for murder. But the surprise ending is that three judges and the police chief, are running the scam killing the child molesters. And absolutely no one is going to catch them. Ever. The last scene is a perv on the computer setting a time to meet a 9 year old...
Pretty chilling in a couple of ways GOPJ. Nice twist.
