Mike is a FRiend and a hero. He and my son were both at Camp Victory........well, Mike was in the air, I think, and my son was on the ground taking mortar fire. (I've shared with him a picture my son took of a palace causeway that he helped bomb).
The ones I question here, and elsewhere, are those who prefer to trust other sources (like the MSM?) than the Generals in the field, and the soldiers who have been in theatre about what's going on in Iraq.

To conservatives who complain that voting for Bush was a mistake, etc, the simplest argument is that the other guy would have been worse. In the case of President Bush, the reason he was re-elected was to fight to war on terrorism, and that is what he has been most diligent and effective at, if nothing else (i.e. immigration, the budget). Your opinion may be that someone else should miraculously appear and do a better job, but in the real world we live in, I have to say that at least we have a leader who is willing to take on the task at all and has clearly had some success in the matter.
