Do you remember during the Democrat primaries before the last election, when there were questions regarding papers that Howard Dean had "locked away" from when he was Governor of Vermont...and he kept refusing, because of possible patient/doctor disclosure...or some such??? The same with John Kerry's military records. They can only survive with lies and cover ups. Will the useful idiots ever notice? Doesn't look like it.

I don't know...I think it was Sen. Mitch McConnell that Tony Snow talked to about...when he first found out that the dems wanted to pull funding for the investigation...which would have kept it from being finished and released...
I think Tony Snow for sure will make sure that any and all Senators will pay attention. He even hinted that he has connections that might get him some of the information that will be held back from the public, but given to the Congress.

I would really like to know what sound legal principle the judges used in this ruling. It's a mockery.

These people are truly disgusting. What is even more disgusting is the fact that years after the misdeeds, people are still covering for them. That is frightening!

I disagree as well ~ yes, so far they have been successful at keeping most of this out of the MSM which, all things considered, is no great accomplishment for them. And, they are still able to defuse and deflect all criticisms with their standard "defense through attack" labels of "Right-winged conspiracy" and "clinton Haters". But, when all is said and done, I don't believe any one is truly "bulletproof" and that, because of the scope of their crimes, one or both of the clintons will see jail time before this all over! (barring, of course, a presidential pardon from some wrong thinking president)
