Sounds to me like he knows the war has been won and the rest of his drivel on the website is just that, drivel.
And, of course, we also have the growing threat of Iran looming on the horizon. Here we have terrorists actually in the process of developing nukes. Unfortunately, I believe we're going to need Iraq for sometime as a base of operations. If we don't nip the nukes soon, we're really going to have a mess over there.
