I just talked to a staffer in Carnahans DC office, she could offer no insight as to how he will vote. I kept asking will he vote to appease Zarqawi, and I have to admit, she handled it well. She knows damn well how he will vote, but wouldnt budge or get rattled. I live in Florissant, so Im stuck with Lacy Clay. He will vote to appease, bet on it..

It simply stuns me that we're at a point in history that something like this is even being debated.

For goodness sake, we have more than a hundred thousand men and women who are risking their lives to do what is right, and protecting our country, and some elected members of Congress don't want them to do that job.

The Democratic Party is a disgrace to America.

And it looks like you and I have the same problem- congressmen who got their jobs mostly as a result of their last name, rather than their own political positions.
