Nothing.
If I do an illegal an injustice then maybe as a person who must follow our laws I should have to face a that, but the illegal should get nothing. That would take suing an American off the table.

Oh, the 14th Amendment of the Constitution applies to them. Jackpot! They use and abuse it with their Anchor Babies.
