I personally applaud that somewhat. A lot of people are not happy after having kids. Good for them for thinking for themselves. Family isn't for everyone, I know a ton of ppl. my age (late 20's) who are divorced with kids...

Sorry, but the Italians have become totally shallow, pathologicallly narcissistic, anti-family cultural suicides. Just like the democrats.

Yeah, really. Even Rush says that some people just work better off single. And to quote Dr. Laura: Don't have 'em if you don't want to raise 'em.

I personally applaud that somewhat. A lot of people are not happy after having kids. The long-term consequence of not having kids is extinction of your race. I don't applaud that.

A lot of people are not happy after having kids. Parenthood, like most else in life, is what you make of it. Personally, the most fun I have had to date, was raising my children to be good, productive memebers of society. I loved it.
If you go into ANYTHING with an atitude problem, it's going to make you not happy.

I personally think that most people under thiry shouldn't be having kids. I can hardly keep my own life in order; I couldn't imagine what would happen if a helpless child was added to the mix.
As for having eleven children, since we don't live in Little House on the Prarie times, I don't see why anyone would want to have eleven children.

I personally applaud that somewhat. A lot of people are not happy after having kids. And we all know that achieving the infantile fantasy of effortlessly "being happy" is the highest aspiration of a healthy culture don't we. Ptooey. Hack. Puke.

Then we must not complain when we are overtaken by the Muslim population in another generation or two. Or, grumble about no Social Security because we are not reproducing the next work force.

You run in dysfunctional circles, then. Your words are those of someone who is still an adolescent. Family may not be for everyone, but know this. If you don't have a family, your declining years will most likely be spent alone among strangers who care little for you.
In Italy, these foolish 30-34 year olds may end up spending their retirement years living in a country they barely recognize among people who don't speak Italian. The life the used to enjoy will be long gone--replaced by Sharia and the millions of Muslim children who now live in their towns.
Their "thinking for themselves" will lead them to squander their patrimony. That sort of short-sighted thinking is not generally confused with wisdom.
