Armed standoff at Tacoma Mall (WA)

Two separate reports, one from my Dad and one from a friend... both at Tacoma Mall. Not being allowed inside, due to "someone inside with a semiautomatic shooting in the mall".
Large number of police on the scene, sealing the exits. Not letting anyone in or out.
Will post a source as soon as I have one.

Yes, they are outside.
NWCN now has it. Callers are reporting shots fired inside, maybe gang activity. My Dad is across the highway, reports dozens of police cars. My friend is stuck in the parking lot in traffic, was on the way in but now is stuck trying to leave the parking lot. She talked to people who'd run out right at first.

After hitting the link for the news paper and seeing the conviction of a murderer and a memorial for a murder victim It does seem surprising that the mall incident is going on. Isn't this in a "BLUE" state ?

Not exactly. King County is blue, and they rigged our last Goveror's election.
But we should have a solid conservative Republican as Governor, but as for now, we have a screeching witch.
