Blaming is great, and I concur. BUT isn't there something legally that can be done to stop the news organizations, so-called, from publicizing all the lies?
Use the evidence to pressure schools and libraries from subscribing to such partisan rubbish.
If they decline, ask where the subscription to the Weekly World News is so that all fabricated news journals are covered at the circulations desk.
The only other recourse is to cite them for treason and you won't find many willing to go there. I've seen posts from those who thought that Axis Sally was wronged for being prosecuted for her broadcasts from Nazi Germany. It was the content of her words that convicted her, not her "uniform" or the country from which she reported.
