I knew many Muslims (in the 70s) who were here for military training. They were the biggest horn dogs I had ever seen.
I understand that you're tongue is planted in your cheek, but there is a point to be made here.
These men would just as easily rape women in their countries, or more specifically of their own ethnicity, except for one factor -- The culture of "honor killings" that dominates their societies. At home, they will rape foreigners and non-Muslems in a heart-beat and with no remorse and little or no social or legal repercussions.
But if they were to rape a woman of their own ethnicity, they kick-off a series of retaliations that can go on for generations between families or tribes that will most surely cost their own lives, and quite likely the lives of their own family members. It's the equivalent of going nuclear in their society.
The most disgusting factor in that culture that these killings are not revenge for the wrongs done to the woman who was raped. The poor woman victim becomes at best an outcast within her own family, and is often times even killed by her family or the tribe to protect its "honor." It is about family honor, not the individual.
In the West, aside from the occasional husband, father or brother who takes justice into his own hands, we leave it up to the legal system to deal with sexual predators. To the Muslim mind, this relying on authority and judicial proceedings indicates that Westerners have no family honor and there will be no serious repercussions for their raping western women. Unlike their world where death is the only penalty for raping a Muslim woman, the worst that can happen in the West is a few years in prison and their families will not be punished for their crimes. They see it as a game and see Western women as a target of opportunity for their repressed sexual desires which would be a fatal error if acted out on a Muslim woman.
I think that makes alot more sense.
Let me try. I will give the same answer given when asked why their was no protest about Clinton's treatment of women.
Well, I wish that we had better Muslims, but we must live with the ones that we have as they are better than those in the opposition religions.

Rape is an act of violence, an act of assault. It is an act of terrorism, if you will. If one sector of your population is being terrorized by another without incurring aggressive penalties, then that whole society is clearly sending a message that women are not valued and sub-human.
The West needs to wake up to this as an act of terrorism and violence and send the message that it will not be tolerated.
Nine out of ten cases do not make it to prosecution, most of them because police do not believe the evidence is sufficient to reach a conviction.
Cities where police will not go are not going to police themselves.

An interesting point that was brought home to me back in the 80s. I worked for an outfit that rented oil rigs and was sent to Kuwait for only a month. It wasn't until I got back that I realized how repressed I became in that short time. The first day at the airport, and for a few days afterward, I was STARING at womens' legs - SO glad to see the female form again. That's when it hit me. Like Victorian England, sexually suppressed people act in weird and violent ways.
