I heard something about Murtha having a relative that Murtha had helped get gov't contracts or whatnot. And that what Murtha is really doing is insulating himself from being investigated about it by saying that any investigation is "political" because of his Iraq views.
I wonder if there is any truth to that?

The Democrats are giving aid and comfort to the enemy for no purpose other than giving aid and comfort to the enemy. There is no plausible explanation for the Democrats' behavior other than that they long to see U.S. troops shot, humiliated, and driven from the field of battle. Sorry but I have to disagree with this part. The dimocRATs certainly do have a purpose - to embarrass the administration so that they can regain political power. While it's a disgusting one, it is a purpose.
