So you are claiming that any person who makes a speech cannot be quoted? This man can easily be said to be in the public eye so how is what he says prohibited from being quoted and not any politician or movie celebrity?

Also if the paragraph that the author used to make his point is as you say "nonsense" then would you be so kind as to post for us the relevant statute that covers this sort of thing. Provide a link if you would.
