Likely not. I have a guy I work with that absolutely worships the Canadian healthcare system. He claims that every article that is negative about it is based in right wing lies. Even if it is by the CBC itself. The guy is fairly well educated and very data driven except when it comes to healthcare and global warming. Anthing that doesn't fit his view is a rightwing lie.

You tell democrats the truth and it goes in one ear and out the other.

Government health-care is their main issue and they ain't about to give it up. Never mind the Canadian failing system.

The democrats will spin it as: yeah, the Canadians are not doing too well, but the Democrats' health-care system will be better and can't fail, and besides, it will be low-cost and free to the poor. As far as the poor are concerned, you can't beat FREE..

Free or low-cost is the only thing the democrst party cares about. Never mind the huge costs in increased taxes for the system.
