After we've arrested and incarcerated every "imam", everywhere in the world, who is directly and explicitly calling for the mass murder of Jews, then I think you can go after David Irving. Not before.

You're applying false logic. Irving is on trial in Austria, not the US. Austria, the birthplace of Hitler, is obviously historically sensitive to the growth and encouragement of Nazi-like movements and parties on its own soil, restricting that aspect of free speech in much the same way the ban on cross-burning has been upheld by the US Supreme Court. Irving's spewed his views in the US on several occasions, and I don't recall anyone advocating his imprisonment. However, Irving reeks of evil, and while he's in prison, I hope he makes lots of interesting friends and discovers whole new ways to explore and express the, er, feminine side of his nature.

After we have arrested and incarcerated every "imam".....

You called it

Canadian Universities are replete with students and a professor or two, supporting death to living Jews(Israelis). Irving was turned back from Canada to lecture on an unrelated subject, not the holocaust.

The Canadian Government steers well clear of any possible organization that could hit back.
