Britain has angered John Bolton, America's combative ambassador to the United Nations, by breaking ranks with him over the need for reform.

Hummmmmmmmmmmmmm, apparently Britain has something to hide.

I say it's time to shut down this house of ill repute.

Sounds like the Brits have gone wobbly.

The world would be better off if UN operations did grind to a halt.

While we are at it, lets get the US out of the UN and the UN out of the US!

Ditto. Why are we even messing around trying to reform that corrupt institution?

If I recall correctly, it was England that dragged us into the UN for an OK prior to the attack on Iraq. That turned out nicely, didn't it?

Of course many of the countries do not want fiscal reform and oversight. Someone, including Kofi, is the beneficiary of the current corruption, why wouldn't they want that to continue?

I think the UN outlived it's usefulness a long time ago. When is the United States going to say it's time to kick them out.
