Didn't your earlier post infer that the patch shouldn't be on the market at all because of the very small chance of fatality? That contradicts your risk post to which I am responding. I would not put my sexually active daughter on the patch because it doesn't protect from std's. I would try to figure out why she thinks so little of her body and her self that she would be sexually active at 14, then I would lock her in her room. :) Just from listening to the commercials for the patch she shouldn't be a candidate for the patch. It is meant for women who are in committed relationships where neither one is sleeping around to put the other at risk for an std, not a 14 year old girl.

I am not all that informed on the patch and it's side effects. I was responding to the post and its reference to how dangerous they sounded according to the commercials. That post said they were scary.

I always thought chains in the basement would work better than just locked in their rooms. Unfortunately, there are laws against that....

Or perhaps, fortunately........
