Guess you slept thur the High School Civics class where they explained the fact that the Congress controls spending. But that is right. The Whine all the Time Choir can't lets reality stand in the way of their desire to post the 10,000 whines about Bush.
Yes, that's correct, as far as it goes. But some of us don't limit ourselves to knowledge gained from high school civics. We know that the President submits the budget. We know the President is the leader of his party, and if his party controls Congress, he has real control. We know the President has the power of the veto, and we know this President doesn't use it.
Now, you may know these things also (from the quality of your posts, I doubt it, however), but you also have to acknowledge that Bush deserves blame. Congress deserving a huge amount of blame--and it does--does not absolve Mr. Bush.
New Mexico exists for outdoorsmen, comic relief, and case studies on what not to do (spoken by a proud New Mexican).
