"While he would like to keep to Florida's science standards, Saravia said he would have trouble connecting to some students if he didn't at least mention intelligent design.
"I have students who come in to my class and say, `Oh, I believe in God. You're not going to change my mind,''' he said."
He should just reply that he's teaching a science class, so the existence or otherwise of God isn't relevant during the time that they spend in his classroom...
God is always relevant.
