Saudi Arabia Accused of 'Hate Literature' Distribution in U.S.
Saturday, Nov. 26, 2005 Posted: 12:41:52PM EST
The Saudi Arabian government is distributing hate literature, pamphlets, and materials across the United States in an effort to cause division and hostility between American Muslims and Christians and Jews, according to the director of a religious freedom organization
Freedom House Center for Religious Freedom told the Senate Judiciary Committee earlier this month that the Saudi Embassy in Washington offers instructions on how to build a wall of resentment between Muslims and infidels, reported Nina Shea, director of the Center for Religious Freedom, according to Army Times.
Among the instructions given to American Muslims are: Never greet the Christian or Jew first. Never congratulate the infidel on his holiday. Never befriend an infidel unless it is to convert him. Never imitate the infidel. Never work for an infidel, quoted Shea during a committee hearing reported Army Times.
Saudi Arabia is one of the eight designated Country of Particular Concern (CPC) this year for continual religious freedom violations and persecutions.
According to the recently released U.S. Department of State 2005 International Religious Freedom Report, freedom of religion does not exist in Saudi Arabia, a country where the official state religion is Islam and where the religious breakdown is described by the CIA World Factbook as 100 percent Muslim.
In addition to the instructions allegedly offered by the Saudi Embassy in Washington, Shea informed that there are more than 200 similar booklets that demonstrate the ongoing efforts by Saudi Arabia to indoctrinate Muslims in the United States in the hostility and belligerence of Saudi Arabias hard-line Wahhabi sect of Islam.
Moreover, she reported that hate literature, booklets, text books and other materials were gathered from mosques and Islamic centers in cities across the United States, including Los Angeles, Dallas, Chicago, Washington and New York, according to Army Times.
The Centers director also noted that some of the material was published by the Saudi Education Ministry.

Time to put an end to this enemy's access to our country.
ping
With "friends" like these...
PING!
Brilliant graphic!
Time to drill off the coasts of CA and FLA (in FEDERAL,not state, waters) and ANWAR so that not another barrel of oil needs to be bought from the murderous Saudis. These people are our enemies, and we ought not be supporting them in any way. Muslims ought to be given the same religios freedom in this country as our Christian and Jewish citizens are given in their countries.
Nobody ever said they were our frinds -- just allies. You make tactical alliances sometimes with some people you wouldn't support except that for a given time your interests coincide. We allied with teh Soviets to beat the Nazis, for example.
I don't see where any arrests were made. I thought it was now against the law to pass out hate material or excite hatred toward another in the U.S.
Interesting point.
Maybe they're a protected class....
Duh!! People are just now realizing this? It's about time the American people pull their heads out of the sand or their a$$e$ and hold the Saudis accountable for this kind of crap. Unless we can alter the entire missle east's culture and way of thinking the war on terror will never end. Look at Japan after WW2. We stomped them into the dirt and rebuilt their country and education system from scratch. Thank God for Gen MacArthur. We need another like him and a president that will let him do the job. De-nazification worked in Germany and de-islamification can work in the middle east. It just might take a little longer.
I believe hate material may be covered under freedom of speech or expression. However if someone who recieves it acts on it you can be held liable.
As to 9/11, "It was the Saudis all along".
I've even wondered if it was economic and not ideological.....something happening against their oil hegemony at the towers and the pentagon that they wanted to squash.
It was that and more..
oops...never mind...
The war is not over until the House of Saud falls.
