I have received an UNVERIFIED e-mail that (current dem gov) Warner restored voting rights to 1180 felons in the 12 months that ended Jan 15, 2005, and probably a lot more than that after Jan 15 (we'll find out in January). If, as reported, felons vote overwhelmingly D, then these 'restored' felons will more than make the difference if Deeds is installed as AG.
