AAAAawwwwwww .....50 Cent compares the President to a street thug criminal, ie "Gangsta" (a complement in rapper terms), and would have voted for him if he wasnt a convicted felon. Thats so sweet I could just puke.

A "Gangsta" is slang for someone who takes no crap, kicks ass and takes names.
