if you look at the actual evidence, the decision is pretty clear-cut. It only makes logical sense to grant clemency in this case if you think all sociopathic, repeat murderers should get clemency.

I believe you have hit the nail on the head. I have not had access to the actual evidence only what the MSM has provided; I do not consider them to be a reliable source even when they take a position that I would like to embrace. I enjoy FR but I would dare say the majority of posters to this thread like I have not had access to first hand evidence on which to base this decision. I pray that the convict is executed if the facts indicate that to be the appropriate penalty.
