So far everyone including Canada that has signed on ot the Kyoto treaty says they cant reach its demands and that its hurting their economy. Why should we sign and be hurting too?

Funniest part is that we, who are not signatories, are closer to the Kyoto objectives than any of the other industrialized signatories.

No doubt you saw the recent data which revealed that since Kyoto was written, the US has done better on CO2 emissions than Canada has.
