Schwarzenegger has flatly refused to grant clemency to two other condemned murderers. Both times, he publicly declared that model behavior behind bars doesn't absolve prisoners of culpability for their crimes. That's nice to know. I didn't know if any executions had came up in California since Arnold was running things. To me the death penalty was made for POS people like Tookie. If Arnold lets Tookie off how can he go forward with a execution of someone else who hasn't killed as many as Tookie. My advice to Arnold is to not set a precedent for other executions.
