Capital Punishment Should be Banned

Ok I currently go to San Francisco State University. I am a freshmen, and this wendsday I am presenting a speech on capital punishment. Now I know basically all my class is so far left, including my professor. And because I am making a persuassuve speech for capital punishment, I want to have a very strong argument, because I will be going against a hard crowd. I am not by any means asking anyone to do the research for me, I have already done much research on my own, however more so needing help on deciding my three main points. I am unsure what I should use as three main points. Also if anyone has any sources that they are willing to let me know about I would also appreciate that. Thank you in advance to anyone willing to help me out.

Well....I have something else to say here.
Personally, I believe the inmate sentenced to die should NOT be allowed to live so long. I mean really. How cruel is that?

1) Pose as a student.
2) Say you need help with a paper
3) Make a bunch of stupid spelling errors so you sound as retarded as possible.

No. Actually, capital punishment should be mandatory. Just in general. For everything from murder and treason down to double parking. It'd very quickly become a politer, safer world.
