The GOP has it together - it's just dumped on us.
Yeah, it looks as if we're screwn again.
Of course that is the plan. When pressed, Chertoff clearly stated that he would do nothing to remove those already here.
What is even more disgusting about GWB's Shamnesty plan is that he says they can only stay for 6 years. Does anyone think for a second that the next president will remove anyone when the time comes after these people buy homes with cash etc etc????
Even worse, he is pushing the heavy lifting onto someone else so that he can pander to the illegals. Shame on him.
I can't believe how stupid he thinks we are.
If we allow amnesty to the projected 11 million - if half drop two or three anchor babies within the six years (easily done), America potentially will have doubled that number over that six year period with efforts to deport them having then become seriously complicated.
Am I wrong?????
No.
Email/call your Congressman, the President, and Ken Mehlman and let them know this is unacceptable, that if this happens they will pay! No more donations or votes to ANYONE that lets them back-door this. They should lose ALL support if this happens.

If this passes, I'LL NEVER VOTE FOR ANOTHER REPUBLICAN!!!
I keep hearing all these pleasing noises from Republicans about protecting the Constitution, but the constitution is WE THE PEOPLE!
If the Republicans ignore that, they're no better, worse or different than the Dems. No different at all!!
You've been warned GOP!!
FWIW, here's the link to The Constitution Party Platform:

Observers say the new GOP strategy that begins today is for the House to deal only with the more politically palatable issue of increasing border security and clamping down on employers. Republican leaders then will let the Senate pass some form of a guest-worker plan.
Of course this will result in rewarding lawbreakers with an amnesty. More illegals to invade our borders. More illegal cheap labor. More NAFTA, CAFTA, FTAA and CFR.
In a bid to bypass critics, the Senate will pass the plan and then merge it with a House bill, observers say. Washington - Republican leaders will try to pass President Bush's controversial guest-worker proposal without putting it to a direct vote in the House.Observers say the new GOP strategy that begins today is for the House to deal only with the more politically palatable issue of increasing border security and clamping down on employers. After that vote, senators and House members will merge the House's border security bill with the Senate's legislation in closed-door meetings.

After 9/11 GWB and our misleaders have no excuse for not throwing out these illegals. They have addicated their oath for their big business cronies.
