I agree with you 100%, but some of the outsourced IT people are getting an attitude with their dominance (which is not unexpected). Long story short, I needed to reset a password for access to an HP account, and it took over 40 minutes. They acted like I was doing something wrong when entering the password only to discover my account was disabled and reactivated 3 months earlier. Granted, it is a small and meaningless anecdote.... but it may foreshadow things to come in the rush to outsource anything and everything!

I agree with you 100% too!!

My own experience has been somewhat bad. More training and development of professionalism within Indian workforce will be needed to keep this trend work in the long term.

Some companies are really rushing to turn up operations as opposed to go through the trouble of hiring right and training to be successful for the long term.
